Ministry for Science & Technology is planning to start Pakistan’s first over-the-top (OTT) TV will be the country’s version of Netflix. According to the Minister for Science and Technology, Fawad Chaudhry, the development of OTT TV has already been completed and it will be started following public-private cooperation mode. Since finding the administration of Science and Technology Ministry, Fawad Chaudhry, following the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan, has begun many actions. Last week, Fawad Chaudhry announced Pakistan’s first indigenous cardiac stent manufacturing equipment had been built at the National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad.

Pakistan became the 2nd Muslim nation after Turkey to provide cardiac stents. Pakistan began limited production of necessary medical equipment including stents, syringes, cannulas, x-ray, needles, & dialysis machines following the company of the 200-acre pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing place in the Faisalabad manufacturing zone. Local production of basic medical facilities will help Pakistan to reduce its $1.4 billion yearly medical import bill. Furthermore, the Ministry of Science & Technology is also preparing to manage the domestic product of solar energy panels that will begin within a year.
