Karachi: On Tuesday the Sindh High Court (SHC) took up a request listed by the owner of a sugar mill against the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for allegedly recording a false claim against him over hoarding sugar. A bench of the SHC approved the consultation request and directed the FIA judge examining the matter to turn up before it on the next performance along with the case report, and the petitioner’s lawyer claimed that FIA registered a foolish claim against his client and presented with the judge to order quashing of the case and control the agency from harassing him, and the case was put off until 5 October. FIR said, the sugar miller hoarded sweetener for profiteering. An inquiry against him is initiated.
